The quality (commercial) warranty period provided by the seller is 12 (twelve) months, for upholstery – 6 (six) months warranty.
The warranty covers product quality defects caused by the manufacturer. Natural wear and tear of the product or a change in its properties is not considered a defect in quality. Differences in the shade of the natural wood texture are not considered to be a defect in the quality of the product. Warranty service does not apply in cases where the goods are misused or damaged due to the buyer’s fault. During the warranty period, in case of quantitative or qualitative discrepancies, “JUODASIS ALKSNIS” (BLACK ALDER) assembles or replaces the products with quality ones at its own expense.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods. The warranty is provided only on presentation of one of the following documents:
- furniture purchase agreement;
- purchase receipt;
- VAT invoice.
For other warranty conditions, changes, and post-warranty maintenance, inquire at the showroom where you plan to purchase or have already purchased the product.
